While chowmein and Golgappa both are popular dishes in India, this fusion recipe combining them both did not go down well with internet users. I’m well happy making this my regular brow bar just given the convenience! ~ Location: It’s located in Cardiff’s Queen Street Arcade and is hard to miss (if you’re entering from the north side, it is right next to the entrance). A standard eyebrow threading service that isn’t out of this world, but definitely worth the visit considering their prices are pretty cheap and they’re in the heart of Cardiff’s city centre.
